Forever & Ever is a 50-minute two hander set in a mortuary in a hospital.

Jennifer, a mortuary make-up artist, is preparing the body of a young man, John, who has died by suicide. During the preparation, John's spirit awakens, not physically, but in a liminal space between life and death.

Through an intimate, compassionate conversation, he has to confront the reality of what he's done, the questions he leaves behind him and the truth that it's too late now to return.

This piece explores grief, regret and the question that lingers for so many families left behind by suicide: Why?
