Blue Eagle Productions is an independent theatre and production company established in Londonderry in 2001.

The company has produced theatre and live events from animating public spaces to commercial productions touring across the island.

 

Blue Eagle has a particular interest in Theatre-in-Education touring productions across the British Isles looking at themes of both social and cultural significance. The company has also staged two festivals dedicated to the work of the Restoration playwright, George Farquhar, who was born in the city on 1678.

 

Blue Eagle is also the production company behind the Walled City Passion which has been staged annually on the City Walls since 2022.

 

Blue Eagle Productions is one of the six organisations that make up the North West Cultural Partnership and one of the founding members of the New Gate Arts Centre.
